  • Delay Tolerance at ALL Outputs
    • For total delays of less than 50 nanoseconds: ±10% or 1 nanosecond (whichever is greater)
    • For total delays of 50 nanoseconds or more: ±5% or 4 nanoseconds (whichever is greater)
  • Temperature Coefficient: 
           (Over a range of 0°C to 80°C ) 
    • For 50 and 100 nanosecond delays: Less than 100PPM/°C 
    • For delays of  150 and up:
      Less than 200PPM/°C
